1The service
HelloDrop is two tools for eBay sellers: the Repricer Portal at hellodroptools.com, which suggests and tracks price changes for your eBay listings, and the free HelloDrop Chrome extension, which works alongside eBay and AliExpress in your own browser.
The Repricer is non-API: it works from the Seller Hub reports you upload or that the extension fetches in your own signed-in browser session. We never ask for, and you should never give us, your eBay password.
2Your account
You register with an email address and a password, and you confirm your email before using the Repricer with a store. Keep your password to yourself: everything done under your account is treated as done by you. One account can be shared with your own team through the invite feature; you are responsible for the people you invite.
3Trial and full access
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, the Repricer pauses until full access is switched on. Full access is approved by hand: you request it from inside the Portal (the request goes by email) and we reply by email. There is no self-service checkout and no card is taken for the trial.
4Your store, your decisions
HelloDrop suggests prices inside the ranges and rules you set. Price changes are approve-first by default: nothing is sent to eBay until you approve it, unless you switch on Auto-publish yourself. You can switch it off at any time.
You are responsible for your listings, your prices and your eBay account, including checking that a change is right before it goes live and that your selling complies with eBay's policies and the law where you sell.
5Fees and numbers are estimates
Fee figures, profit and margin numbers are worked out from eBay's published fee tables and the costs you enter. They are careful estimates, not guarantees: eBay can change its fees, and a listing's real result depends on its category, your seller status and your costs. Your floor is never crossed by our maths on purpose: the Repricer never plans a price below the break-even plus the minimum profit you set — unless you set a Hook rule to a small loss on a listing yourself, in which case that listing follows your Hook rule.
6Acceptable use
- Use HelloDrop only with eBay accounts and stores you own or are authorised to run.
- Do not try to access another user's account, data or store, and do not probe or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the extension to collect buyer personal data. The extension strips buyer names, addresses, emails and phone numbers before anything leaves the eBay tab, and our systems never store them.
- Do not resell access to your account or present HelloDrop as affiliated with eBay, AliExpress or Amazon. It is independent.
7Availability and changes
We work to keep the Portal available and the numbers right, but the service is provided as is: it can be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and features can change. If a change removes something material from full access, we will say so in the Portal's Announcements and, where it matters, by email.
8Ending access
You can stop at any time: log out, remove the extension, and email hellodrop.support@gmail.com from your account email address to ask us to delete your account and its data — we reply within one month, usually much sooner, as the privacy policy explains. You can also download or delete your store data yourself in the Portal's Settings at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to attack the service, or puts other users' data at risk; where we can, we will warn you first by email.
9Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profit arising from prices you approved or from eBay's own decisions and outages.
10Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions about these terms: hellodrop.support@gmail.com, or open a ticket in the Portal's Support section. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy; what we store in your browser is in the cookies policy.
